Job Description

Repair, and maintain elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems according
to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
? Conduct routine inspections to ensure that all systems are operating properly and identify
potential problems.
? Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with elevator systems and make necessary repairs.
? Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repair requests.
? Communicate effectively with customers and building owners to ensure that their needs are
met.
? Maintain detailed records of all works performed as per company prescribed format.
? Keep up-to-date with the latest industry technologies, trends, and regulations.

Job Requirements

? Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
? Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Diploma or equivalent, two years course in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (preferable but
not necessary)
? One year experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators, escalators, or other
vertical transportation systems
