Job Description
- Previous experience in CRM, preferred but not mandatory.
- Prepare, review, and finalise migration applications and related documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Communicate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to track the progress of applications if necessary.
- Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timeframes.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to migration documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s /Master's Degree
- Previous experience in migration services or a similar role.
- Knowledge of general Australian migration laws and regulations.
