Academic Head

Job Description

• To provide academic leadership to the LBEF Campus i.e. to faculty 
• members and students. To lead by example and to deliver 10-12 hours Lectures/Tutorials/Practical per week
• To engage in variety of other academic activities i.e. conducting  research activities i.e. seminars, workshops, publications and guiding and mentoring faculty and students in research areas
• Planning and executing academic activities (inbound and outbound both) for students for their all-round (curricular and extra-
• curricular) development   
• Oversee curriculum planning, development, and implementation.
• Lead and mentor academic staff to ensure high teaching standards.
• Monitor student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align academic goals with institutional objectives.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

•  3-5 years of proven experience as an Academic Head or in a senior academic leadership role.
• Bachelor degree or Master Degree 
• Strong understanding of curriculum design and educational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive academic excellence and foster a positive learning environment.
