Job Description

  • The development of a compelling vision of consumers’ existing and future needs. 
  • The acquisition and development of a deep understanding of consumers, their attitudes towards the brand and category and the wider world.
  • The acquisition and development of a deep understanding of consumers, their attitudes towards the brand and category and the wider world.
  • Developing an intimate knowledge of consumers’ attitudes and behaviors.
  •  Assessing and developing market research
  • Defining and understanding the market category and segments
  • Analyzing competitor intelligence
  • Creating long term strategy for each market category
  • Constructing the brand strategy 
  • Optimization of marketing efficiency 
  • Monitoring and managing the performance of the brand
  • Finding and analyzing the consumer needs gap
  • Appreciating technological possibilities
  • Generating and evaluating ideas ( formulations and ideas)
  • Understanding how consumers assimilate media
  • Providing inputs to the trade promotion

Job Requirements

Qualification: MBA degree with a specialization in marketing.
Experience: minimum 8-10 years of  experience in the Construction/FMCG Industry is required. 
Strong leadership, team collaboration, and project management skills.
Should possess own two wheeler with a valid driving license.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
