Job Description
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements
- candidate must have minimum +2 or bachelor's diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Candidate must have atleast 1-2 years of experience in relevant field, (Only for male candidate).
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer services.
