Job Description
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Define and implement the business strategy for masala and chips products, aligning with the company’s overall goals.
Lead long-term planning initiatives to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and consumer trends in the spice and snack markets.
Product Development & Innovation:
Collaborate with R&D to develop new flavors and product innovations that align with consumer demand.
Oversee product launches, ensuring effective branding and positioning strategies for masala and chips categories.
Regularly assess product performance and make adjustments to enhance value propositions.
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
Drive sales and distribution strategies to increase market penetration and maximize revenue.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that boost brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partner visibility and consumer engagement.

Financial Management:
Manage the P&L for the masala and chips segment, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Oversee budget allocations, monitor expenses, and optimize spending across operations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in the production and supply chain processes.
Operations & Supply Chain Management:
Ensure supply chain and logistics are optimized to maintain product availability and meet market demand.
Work with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
Drive continuous improvement and upskilling initiatives within the team to ensure strong functional expertise.
Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, ensuring the team delivers excellent service to clients and end consumers.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Masters inBusiness, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in Experience IN Masala Products or FMCG Company
- Proven track record of managing P&L, driving sales growth, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends within the masala and chips segments.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with effective decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of modern trade, e-commerce, and digital marketing strategies.
