Job Description
- Maintain and update documents for the region.
- Support preparation of press events.
- General assistant duties, including but not limited to, copying, printing, compiling documents, creating binders, creating and distributing agendas/itineraries, sending and receiving mail and faxes, answering phones, scheduling and setting up conference calls, ordering supplies, maintain organization and filing systems.
- Manage the executive’s time, calendar and travel logistics.
- Oversee all executive movements to ensure timely departures and arrivals to specified destinations.
- Ensure hotels, expenses and registrations are in order and all logistics run as smoothly as possible.
- Monitor and follow up on all executive-related information technology issues.
- Serve as lead communicator for executive, acting as the primary interface to internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish communication protocols and operating procedures for the Office.
- Prepare reports, briefing materials and trip books.
Job Requirements
- bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
- Freashers are highly encouraged to apply.
- A passion for the TV sector and the wider media industry.
- Proactive, highly-organised and a hard-working team player.
- Self-starter with an enthusiastic can-do attitude.
- Fluent in wnglish(written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience within the CCB line of business is required.
- Work with other team members on special projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a plesent personality.
- Support the department on special projects.
- Ability to work under pressure.
