Chief Technical Officer

Job Description

• ?Own web process including: content updates, merchandising, promotional updates and 
• QA 
• ?Oversee the development, maintenance, and improvement of our website and mobile 
• applications, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and secure. 
• ?Collaborate with other departments to identify technical requirements for new products 
• and features, and provide guidance on feasibility, timelines, and technical implications 
• ?Ensure that our technology platform is up-to-date with the latest software and hardware 
• advancements 
• ?Establish and maintain software engineering standards and practices to ensure high-
• quality code, including design patterns, testing, and deployment automation 
• ?Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including software and hardware 
• providers, to ensure they meet our technical requirements and service level agreements 
• ?Assist all internal parties to understand product deliveries and provide supports to all 
• activities on ecommerce platforms. 
• ?Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience 
• metrics- optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies 
• to achieve sales growth. 
• ?Manage various internal data sources and web analytical tools to enhance customer 
• experience and assist to increase web presence of company. 
• Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring that spending aligns with  business goals and is within budget constraints 
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce and cloud computing, and provide recommendations to the executive team on potential opportunities and threats 
• Coordinates with internal team and provide support to all online marketing strategies and prioritize projects and recommend ways to increase traffic to website with incorporation of best tools and assist to maximize revenue. 
• Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites, perform tests and assist  in all website conversation and recommend improvements in strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  2/3 years experience in In-depth knowledge of technology trends, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies. Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and priorities. experience in managing large-scale technical projects and budgets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to delegate efficiently.
