Basic Information
Job Description
- Train employees and evaluate their performances.
- Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Prepare reports on sales.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients.
- Liaise with other branches to share strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5- 7 years of working experience in the Heavy Equipment/Automobile sector.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and branch operations.
- knowledge of western Nepal market is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
