Job Description

Train employees and evaluate their performances.
Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline
More than 7 years of working experience in the Heavy Equipment/Automobile sector with 5+ years of experience in similar profiles in a managerial position
Head of overall business of branch including Sales, Services, Spares, Admin & HR
Shall be responsible for Turnover & Profitability
