Job Description
- Train employees and evaluate their performances.
- Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Prepare reports on sales.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients.
- Liaise with other branches to share strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline
- More than 7 years of working experience in the Heavy Equipment/Automobile sector with 5+ years of experience in similar profiles in a managerial position
- Head of overall business of branch including Sales, Services, Spares, Admin & HR
- Shall be responsible for Turnover & Profitability
