Job Description
- Take over all service issues of Customer and ensure them proper satisfaction.
- Deal customer directly for any service related issue on new inquiry.
- Sometimes may visit customer for payment collection.
- All logistic support work as as requested by head office .
- Take complete branch responsibilities in terms of customer satisfaction & logistics work & Human resource.

- Dealing with ever-changing requests from customers.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills.
- Aptitude for providing a high degree of customer service.
