Job Description
- Ensure that the given annual target of the branch in terms of business volume and profit will be met
- Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of the branch operation
- Ensure proper co-ordination among the various departments of the branch
- Co-ordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance
- Assess customers’ need for internet connection to be granted by analyzing the need assessment of the client
- Develop marketing strategies and marketing plan for the Branch and monitor progress of the same
- Assist and provide inputs to the planning and Marketing & Promotion, Retail Sales & Institutional Sales team for strategic scouting
- Carry out any other job/task as instructed by the Management of the Company
- Co-ordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance. Function as a contact point to better streamline the clients’ requests
- Manage recruitment, attrition & ramp up of new employees to ensure no impact on branch operations due to attrition / absenteeism of staff
Job Requirements
- Must have completed Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must have good leadership skill
- Must have good communication skill
- Team management
