Job Description
- Maintaining spreadsheets and obtaining financial data from teams.
- Assist in the management of all accounting procedures and systems used by the organisation.
- Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
- Prepare tax documents for the organization
- Prepare a balance sheet
- Enter financial data into the system
- Update financial records
- Create cost analysis reports for other departments
- Maintain financial policies throughout the company
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have high degree of strategic planning skills and broad management focus and vision to forsee all aspects of financial operations.
- Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions.
- Incredible attention to detail to catch errors.
- Great organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting practices.
- Amazing time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to follow company policies.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Candidate must have possess own vehicle with valid license.
