Job Description
- Develop , educate , execute and monitor compliance of policies , procedures and instrument required to mange credit risk.
- Design implement and continuously improvise credit approval protocols with right evaluation criteria and appropriate weightages .
- Continuously assess portfolios and accounts and ensure right preventive and corrective control and intervention mechanisms.
- Measurably contribute to the overall growth of organization by action on KPIS being appropriately linked with regulatory and other stakeholders
Job Requirements
- MBA ,CA with 3 year of leadership postion in bank / financial instition with min. 1 year in credit Department .
- Smart analytcal , planning and market scanning competencios , knowledgable in BES regulations and trends .
- Highly organized and analytical, with an ability to work to deadlines
