Account Executive

Job Description

• Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entry in ERP
• Import Purchase entry in ERP.
• Maintain Purchase Register for VAT Return filling.
• Reporting of Purchase along with detailed information of import documents.
• Entry of Sales Challan based on sales order received from sales department.
• Upload DMS serial numbers for Samsung Division.
• Preparation of Challan and Tax invoices.
• Maintaining Sales Register and Purchase Register regularly.
• Delivery report of Invoices issued from branch.
• Verification and checking of stock.
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Computer literate with depth knowledge of office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
• Knowledge of accounting software like Synergy, tally, swostik, Finpro etc.
• Accounting software.
• Should have good presentation and communication skills
