Job Description

• Content Creation: Research and generate original content ideas relevant to the target audience of each magazine. 
• Write articles, features, and stories that align with the editorial guidelines and themes of ECS Nepal and ECS LIVING. 
• Cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to travel, lifestyle, culture, technology, and current events. 
• Writing Excellence: Produce high-quality, error-free content that meets journalistic standards. 
• Craft engaging headlines, subheadings, and captions to capture readers' attention. 
• Ensure accuracy, factual correctness, and adherence to the publication's style and tone. 
• Interviews and Reporting: Conduct interviews with relevant individuals, experts, and personalities for feature articles. 
• Cover events, stories, and developments, providing insightful reporting for both magazines.
• Editorial Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the editorial team, editors, and photographers to create visually appealing and well-rounded content. 
• Review and incorporate feedback to continuously improve your writing and contribute to the magazine's overall quality. 
• Research and Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with current trends, industry news, and developments in the fields covered by ECS Nepal and ECS LIVING. 
•  Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of your content. 
• Deadline Management:  Meet deadlines consistently and efficiently manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously. 

Job Requirements

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
• Knowledge of AP style and familiarity with magazine publishing practices. 
• Bachelor's Degree Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Freshers or one year of experience in writing and research experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong research abilities and a passion for storytelling. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems. 
•  A passion for the subject matter covered by ECS Nepal and ECS LIVING.
