Workshop Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and for day to day operations.
• Should involve in managing engine repairs and maintenance in workshop.
• Manage inward goods, checking quantities, dispatching goods and receipting invoices
• Assist with quoting, materials purchasing and quality checks.
• Develop and implement systems to record, file and store information pertaining to client enquiries.             
• Should manage subordinate staffs in the day to day performance of their jobs.
• Workshop Manager are required to gather feedback from the customer or prospects and share with head of the Department
• To abide with respective supervisor and above instruction

Job Requirements

• Workshop Manager should be graduate in Diploma & Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
• Should have 4-5 years of work experience in managing engine repairs workshop.
• Willingness to travel when as needed.
• Should be able to listen customers complains and dissatisfaction positively.
• Should be able to handle pressure and balance professional and personal responsibilities.
