Job Description
- Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and for day to day operations.
- Should involve in managing engine repairs and maintenance in workshop.
- Manage inward goods, checking quantities, dispatching goods and receipting invoices
- Assist with quoting, materials purchasing and quality checks.
- Develop and implement systems to record, file and store information pertaining to client enquiries.
- Should manage subordinate staffs in the day to day performance of their jobs.
- Workshop Manager are required to gather feedback from the customer or prospects and share with head of the Department
- To abide with respective supervisor and above instruction
Job Requirements
- Workshop Manager should be graduate in Diploma & Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
- Should have 4-5 years of work experience in managing engine repairs workshop.
- Willingness to travel when as needed.
- Should be able to listen customers complains and dissatisfaction positively.
- Should be able to handle pressure and balance professional and personal responsibilities.
