Job Description

Manage overall workshop operations, including scheduling, service workflow, and team supervision
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and issue resolution
Maintain service records, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports
Collaborate with the sales and spare parts teams for seamless coordination
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and improve service offerings

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently running
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector
Strong skills in salesmanship, customer relationship management, market research, and time management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
