- Achieve established sales goals as set by the Company
- Create an annual Ticket Sales Plan and provide weekly updates on progress against the plan
- Develop and implement plans to promote and increase ticket sales for all events
- Coordinate with a team including promotions, marketing, and digital marketing to expand attendance at all events
- Research, prospect and establish leads for group sales relationships through industry networking, use of third-party lead services, and trade publications.
- Serve as the primary source of group sales activity for the facility; coordinate and support other sales associates in sourcing group sales activities.
- Ensure all ticket sales agents understand daily goals and are coached to proficiency
- Generate leads and maintain good relations with Hotels, Banks, education, and other sectors.
- Maintain Good relations with Airlines
- Lead Travel Team, effectively
- Others responsivity required by the management
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership, and management skills.in IATA
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Must have more than 4 years of experience in the Ticketing department or related field
- Proficient in Amadeus, Galileo, Abacus or Sabre
- Good Networking
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
