- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth of company.
- Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
- Giving the follow up calls to the assigned leads and report.
- Ensuring the called clients' visit to office.
- Promoting the events, programmes and seminars of the company by calling the available leads.
Job Requirements
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
