Job Description

  • Coordinating with the department heads to determine staffing needs and obtaining approval to open a vacancy for the requirement
  • Drafting accurate and effective job description
  • Communicating with recruiting agency regarding the vacancy.
  • Screening resumes and applications.
  • Planning the interview schedules.
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Onboarding the employee efficiently.
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job opening.
  • Maintaining timely reports on employment activity.  b

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in the related field or Master’s Degree with specialization in Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality.
  • Experience in related field is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of labor legislation.
  • Excellent planning, coordinating and guiding skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
