Job Description
- Coordinating with the department heads to determine staffing needs and obtaining approval to open a vacancy for the requirement
- Drafting accurate and effective job description
- Communicating with recruiting agency regarding the vacancy.
- Screening resumes and applications.
- Planning the interview schedules.
- Following up on the interview process status
- Onboarding the employee efficiently.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job opening.
- Maintaining timely reports on employment activity. b
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in the related field or Master’s Degree with specialization in Human Resources Management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality.
- Experience in related field is highly preferred.
- Understanding of labor legislation.
- Excellent planning, coordinating and guiding skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
