Subject Matter Expert

Job Description

• Serves as a top level technical or functional expert.
• Works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including, software and peripherals.
• Applies expert functional knowledge and experience to significant business projects or processes
•  May perform business development activities, including providing technical input to proposal efforts.
• Review and guide program and systems evaluations
• Interpret data and develop findings
• Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to expertise
• Lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge
• Provides guidance to resolve a program need and actively participates in all phases of program evaluations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in related field
• 5-6 years' experience managing complex enterprise IT projects
• 3-4 years' experience in professional services business development
• Enterprise level project/program management
• Experience in delivering complex technology solutions, including extensive system integrations
• Experience in CRM with end-to-end implementation experience (preferred)
• Extensive experience with management consulting or consulting services
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with all levels of staffs
• 10+ years of related work experience
