Store Manager

Job Description

• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Receive and dispatch the materials as per the customers’ orders.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of deliveries etc.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5  years of experience in Store  preferably in reputable  company.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
