Store & Dispatch officer

Job Description

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demands
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely availability of products for dispatch within the food industry.
• Plan and schedule logistics for inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods within the food industry.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, warehouse activities, and dispatch schedules within the food industry.

• Implement inventory management systems and procedures to track stock movements, stock counts, and inventory accuracy within food processing/manufacturing facilities
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to prioritize orders, allocate resources, and resolve issues affecting dispatch schedules
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, storage requirements, and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles

Job Requirements

• Required Computer skills and knowledge of  SAP (MM Module) , Microsoft Office applications such as Power Point, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and dispatch processes.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory management, or dispatch role in FMCG Company.
