Job Description
- Ensure proper guidance to students, parents and channel partners.
- Ensuring a first-class experience for students, parents and Channel partners at every stage of admission application.
- Maintaining high team standards of integrity, ethics and ensuring streamlined operations.
- Continual assessment, development and implementation of areas of improvement within the team, with service levels and with processes in consultation with the management.
- Providing market and industry insight and intelligence.
- Supporting commercial and strategic recruitment priorities.
- Ensuring student recruitment targets are met.
- Process involves counseling the students for overseas education; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.
- Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc..
- Maintaining high team standards of integrity, ethics and ensuring streamlined operations.
- Coordinating with students & universities abroad.
- Represent universities abroad.
- Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students..
- Supporting commercial and strategic recruitment priorities
Ensuring student recruitment targets are met. - Train & hire new candidates.
- Providing market and industry insight and intelligence.
- Attending the university training & workshops.
- Should hold at least one year experience in the same industry.
