Job Description
Strategic Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels, forecast demand, and implement
efficient inventory control systems.
?Procurement & Supplier Relations: Source and procure high-quality Komatsu spare parts,
negotiate favorable terms, and build strong supplier relationships.
?Customer Service & Sales Support: Provide expert technical assistance, process customer orders,
and ensure exceptional service.
?Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise and train spare parts staff, ensuring smooth
workflow and adherence to company standards.
?Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insightful reports on inventory, sales, and procurement,
using data to drive improvements.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain
Management, or a related field.
?Experience: Proven experience in spare parts management, ideally within the automobile sector
?Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate
technical information clearly and concisely.
?Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and
resolve issues effectively.
?Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
