Job Description
- Deploy the software following SOP for software implementation.
- Provide immediate support to, including installing and configuring software and computer systems and along with addressing their issues and requirements.
- Gather requirements and document them and disseminate to the immediate supervisor.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding software and hardware.
- Guide the system users in using the system and provide training if necessary.
- Test, evaluate the system functionality based on client’s requirements and report if any bugs in the software.
- Visit clients regularly, get regular feedback, implement the necessary changes, and provide updates to the client about new developments.
- Communicating with clients on regular basis. Act as first line of technical support during implementation cycle.
- Prepare reports on the daily work log and client status and report to immediate supervisor with regular updates i.e implementation in charge. Every hospital has their respective in charge.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the hospital sector is a plus.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Computer literacy
- Candidates must have two-wheeler and valid driving license
