Job Description
- Service Managers are responsible for managing team of technicians of heavy equipment, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve result.
- Should manage subordinate staffs in the day to day performance of their jobs.
- Service Manager are required to gather feedback from the customer or prospects and share with head of the Department
- To abide with respective supervisor and above instruction.
Job Requirements
- Service Manager should be graduate in Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
- Should have 2-3 years of work experience in service of heavy equipment i.e. Generators for the trading company.
- Must be team player with positive attitude, high motivation and decision making abilities.
- Willingness to travel when as needed.
- Should be able to listen customers complains and dissatisfaction positively
- Should be able to handle pressure and balance professional and personal responsibilities.
