Job Description
- Service Engineer Technician should have clear understanding of Motors, Electrical Panels, Cabinet, & Circuit Systems.
- Service Engineer Technician has to visit customer site/factory/location for pre installation.
- Service Engineer Technician has to provide excellent customer service, listening carefully concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied.
- Service Engineer Technician has to visit customer site/factory/location for pre installation, AMC, paid service and breakdown service visit as and when informed by customer and instructed by service Head/Business Head.
- SET has to schedule their daily/weekly/monthly visit plans.
- SET has to produce timely and details service report.
- SET has to prepare weekly monthly report of service provided (AMC, paid service and breakdown) and report to the Service Head and Business Head.
- SET should have clear understanding of Motors, Electrical Panels, Cabinet, & Circuit Systems.
- SET has to develop and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders.
- To abide with respective supervisor and above instruction.
Job Requirements
- Service Engineer Technician should be graduate in Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Should have 1 years of experience in the hardware support or repairs works for the trading company.
- Fresher are also welcome to apply for this post.
- Willingness to travel when as needed.
- Should be able to listen customers complains and dissatisfaction positively
- Should be able to handle pressure and balance professional and personal responsibilities.
