Job Description
-
Conduct maintenance, repair, and service of heavy equipment machinery
-
Identify technical issues and ensure timely resolution

Coordinate with clients to provide after-sales service and support

Maintain service records and generate reports as required

Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- 4–5 years in the service field within the heavy equipment industry

Must own a bike and have a valid driving license

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Willingness to travel to various locations as per service needs
