Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's HR strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Create and implement programs for employee development, training, and succession planning.
- Cultivate a positive and engaging organizational culture that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Promote a learning culture within the organization.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor, evaluate, and enhance employee performance.
- Continuous monitor changes in Labour laws and adapt HR practices accordingly.
- Handle Critical Exit Procedure of employee.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts.

- Ensure cost-effective HR practices.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in HR specialization
- Must have at least 5-7 years of experience as HR Manager.
- Salary: No bar for deserving candidate
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
