Job Description

Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.

Oversee office administration, record-keeping, and file management.

Maintain HR databases and prepare reports as required.

Coordinate with management to support strategic HR initiatives.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience: 3–4 years in HR roles, with exposure to administrative functions.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
