Job Description
- Lead the development of end-to-end brand communication strategy and campaigns from packaging development to key visuals, merchandising and messaging for consumers and retailers
- Own brand health and develop equity-building initiatives and tactical programs by
- Analyzing in-market performance data, consumer, and retailer insights in real time, via collaboration with local and international agencies
- Lead cross-functional marketing and sales projects to deliver commercial targets
- Own Brand Gross Margin by devising pricing strategy and campaigns
- Identify market insights and opportunities and develop future brand strategy
- Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns by engaging key opinion leaders and consumers
- Lead new product and packaging development by collaborating with multiple cross-
- market and cross-functional project teams
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in brand & marketing
- valid driving license with vehicle
- Need to travel out of the station as per requirements
