Job Description

  • Lead the development of end-to-end brand communication strategy and campaigns from packaging development to key visuals, merchandising and messaging for consumers and retailers
  • Own brand health and develop equity-building initiatives and tactical programs by
  • Analyzing in-market performance data, consumer, and retailer insights in real time, via collaboration with local and international agencies
  • Lead cross-functional marketing and sales projects to deliver commercial targets
  • Own Brand Gross Margin by devising pricing strategy and campaigns
  • Identify market insights and opportunities and develop future brand strategy
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns by engaging key opinion leaders and consumers
  • Lead new product and packaging development by collaborating with multiple cross-
  • market and cross-functional project teams

Job Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in brand & marketing
