Basic Information
Job Description
-
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
-
Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing.
-
Handle order processing, delivery follow-ups, and payment collections.
-
Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to the sales manager.
-
Promote the brand and contribute to marketing activities when needed.
Job Requirements
-
Minimum education: +2; Bachelor’s preferred.
-
Must have prior experience in FMCG sales.
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
-
Good knowledge of local markets in and around Kathmandu.
-
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
