Job Description
- Provide feedback and input from the company’s target markets to help shape marketing strategy
- Proactive in identifying sales opportunities and alternative routes to the market
- Calling potential customers to explain company products.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues.
- Have a strong knowledge of the company’s products and communicate this effectively to customers to win business and establish trust in the product
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Package, email and basic functions.
