Job Description
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Provide training and support to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and helpful store environment.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve store targets.
- Work with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards that showcase products effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Purchase Officer to manage inventory levels.
- Oversee stock replenishment and coordinate merchandise restocking.
- Conduct regular stock assessments to prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and maintain organized store operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations of sales team members.
Job Requirements
- Previous 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and products.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
- Bachelors running or completed in Management stream.
