Store In-charge

Job Description

• Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Ensure availability of stock by approving contracts and maintaining inventories
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and suppliers

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in construction company as store incharge
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
• Good command over Microsoft excel and inventory management, emails etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
• Good time management skills, since construction projects must be completed within a given deadline.
