Job Description
Technical Knowledge on plant,Machineries and equipment related to food industry.
Responsible for Process and Packaging
Responsible for Manpower depoyment and their effective utilization.
Prepare Plant MIS like daily Production report, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Daily breakdown report & Daily wastage report
Controlling the wastage of Raw and Packaging material
Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven 5-6 years of experience as a Production Executive, Production Supervisor, or similar role in the FMCG Company.
- Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
