- Implement the performance management process and provide recommendations on how to continuously improve the process.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in People management (recruitment, retention, compensation, etc.).
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing and HR certifications preferred.
