Operation Officer

Job Description

• Reporting to operation manager about the daily work progress of sites and services.
• Visiting and supervision to projects and service sites. 
• Collecting measurements and estimation. 
• Visiting the clients’ site if any requirement occurs. 
• Checking the quality service performance by professionals in field. 
• Collecting feedback and analyzing the technical person work in field.  
• Maintaining the service quality of company.
• Enhancing the connected technical professionals.
• Adding more technical professional, verifying as well as provide training and information of company. 
• Healthy management of tech- ecosystem of company.
• Performing seminars and trainings.  
• Quality assurance management.  
• Project supervision and management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil.
• Working experience of 2-3 years in building construction.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior work of building.  
• Have brilliant measurement & estimation skill.
• Good communication skill.
