Job Description
-
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues in production lines and propose efficient solutions.

Monitor and manage machine components such as bearings, shafts, couplings, and gearboxes.

Collaborate with the electrical and automation teams for system integration and process improvement.

Operate and maintain material cleaning machines like peeling machines, de-stoners, blowers, vibro/linear separators, and metal detectors.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards in all mechanical operations.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
- Experience: 3-5 years as ME in factories (especially factories
- Should have knowledge of machine(bearing,shafts,coupling,gear box,etc)
- Should have good knowledge of elecric power, control system & automation devices(PLC, drives, HMI,etc)
- Hands on experience on material cleaning machine/for eg: peeling machine, de-stoners,blowers,vibro/linear separator and metal detectors,etc.
