Job Description

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Support in organizing interviews and maintaining candidate databases.

Help with onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Maintain HR records and update employee files.

Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.

Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.

Basic knowledge of HR practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
