Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in the same field
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines
- Handle basic employee queries and support HR administration
