Job Description

  • Plan, implement, and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, and hiring analytics.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
  • Liaising with managers and employees to identify and assess training and development needs.
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
  • Compiling and presenting training information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources Management. Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition and development. (Preferred in ISP sector)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a confident and dynamic personality.
  • Must have a proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work.
  • Excellent planning, coordinating, and time management skills.
  • Understanding of labor legislation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Familiarity with HRMS is a plus
