Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies in Nepal.
  • Provide guidance and support to company leadership and department managers on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs to foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Lead HR initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate organizational development and change management efforts.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to assess key metrics and support data-driven decision-making processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within a large corporate environment or conglomerate.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Nepal.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing cross-functional HR projects.
  • Proficiency in Nepali and English languages.
  • Professional certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) would be advantageous.
