Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  •  Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and support managers in performance review processes.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives to support professional growth and development.
  • Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience 2-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
