Job Description

  • Handle daily front desk operations, including visitor management and phone/email inquiries.

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records systematically.

  • Assist in the recruitment process — job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate staff onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance.

  • Support administrative and office management tasks.

  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports as required.

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and provide general administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or front desk roles.

  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
