Handle daily front desk operations, including visitor management and phone/email inquiries.

Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records systematically.

Assist in the recruitment process — job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate staff onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance.

Support administrative and office management tasks.

Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports as required.

Ensure smooth communication between departments and provide general administrative support.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or front desk roles.

Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
