Job Description
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and manage onboarding.
- Support employee benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and handle employee inquiries.
- General office support: answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling.
- Maintain office supplies and filing systems.
- Coordinate travel and assist with events.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 Years of Experience in related field
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align talent acquisition efforts with the company’s long-term goals.
