Job Description

  • Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in drafting HR documents such as employment contracts and HR policies.
  • Organize and schedule HR meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR filed. 
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
