Job Description
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in drafting HR documents such as employment contracts and HR policies.
- Organize and schedule HR meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR filed.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
