Job Description
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for UKG students using activity-based teaching methodologies.
- Foster students' development in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Submit regular progress and performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree completed.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of child-centered and activity-based learning approaches.
- Knowledge of student assessment and evaluation mechanisms.
- Basic AI literacy and computer proficiency.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
